- キングクリストファー30.01.2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst customer service, worst employees, worst staff, "The Good Guys" should be renamed to "The Bad Guys". Had to get a refund for a defective product from them, and they wouldn't give me the money back, it was store credit only. Recently got a gift for a wedding, the product arrived fine, but the box was damaged, I bet they will blame the courier, but their packing of the product was basically just paper wrapping, no fragile sticker or anything.
My friend had issues buying goods from them too, ended up receiving a demo product, not a brand new one. The staff did nothing to set any of it straight, she just put up with it and moved on. Just awful, don't shop with them.
