  Hi,
  My mother in law attended this imaging centre to get an MRI from her referring doctor. She paid the required amount of $250 and the treatment she receieved was appauling.
  She was told to press the button if there were any issues whilst she was inside the MRI machine, not only did she press the button and no one came. She was yelling out saying "Please come and assist me"
  "Hello, is anyone there"
  And no one responded for the whole procedure. Either the button was not working, or the person supervising the procedure was not doing their job correctly.
  Once the machine stopped and she was let out, due to cramps she was unable to move but was told by the employee she was unable to assist her to get out of the laying down position.
  I would strongly recommend that you look into your safety procedures as this is a dangerous procedure if not performed correctly. Also, I would suggest you look into having any staff members who are not physically able, conduct light duties, not MRI procedures where they are unable to assist patients.
  We will be passing this feedback onto the referring doctor, but we thought you should know incase someone does have further complications and no one responds to them. For example, a heart attack or other medical emergency.
